Do you remember jumping rope as a kid? If you’re anything like me, probably not. I remember doing it a few times and I remember having friends who did it when I was really young, but other than that, nope…..can’t say I do.
Well it’s a shame honestly. I never would have imagined that after all these years, I would be telling so many people to buy a jump rope, but I do. What an amazing workout if done properly. And best of all, a jump rope can be purchased for less than $10 and you can use it almost anywhere.
We use jump ropes for many of our home training clients for just this reason. So many of our clients just don’t have the ability to spend hundreds of dollars on cardio equipment for their home, but they can find a few dollars for a jump rope.
We have found hundreds of ways to work the jump rope into all of our clients programs, whether they work out in gyms or at home, there is almost always a place for this little piece of exercise heaven.

As you see, colorful icons represent each of the different entry types for easy use. Each icon is click able and will redirect you to that log entry, allowing for closer viewing or editing. You can easily move throughout the calendar with our simple navigational features. It very easily allows you to jump back and forth through the days, weeks, or even months.
With each subsequent training session and calorie logged day, you can easily track and see how you are doing as well as where you should increase your effort. Balance your calorie intake with your calories burned and make sense of how you are progressing towards your target weight!
