Do you eat breakfast every day? When do you eat your first meal?

Unless you’ve been living in a cave for the last 20+ years, you’ve heard, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. News flash……….IT IS!
DO NOT miss breakfast. Irrelevant of what you are trying to accomplish,
weight loss or weight gain, toning, bodybuilding, etc. you cannot miss this meal. It jump starts your body and mind!
Now, obviously a key is figuring out what to eat based on your goals, but more important than that, is to eat this meal as close to when you wake as possible. This kicks your metabolism up and prepares it for the ENTIRE day. Not eating or eating hours after you wake, creates a SLOW metabolism. Exactly opposite of what any of us wants.
It always amazes me how many of our clients are blown away by their progress and the change in the way they feel when they make this one little change in their daily routine.
