Q.8 Why should I choose eFitness for Life?
eFitness for Life save you time and money by delivering to you very effective and very affordable nutrition and training programs right to your computer. We design programs for all fitness levels. Bottom line, we help you get the results you want!
Q.9 Why do so many people fail to get fit?
Most fitness and weight loss programs promise unachievable results which require you to follow diets that are unrealistic or training programs that are too hard, too quickly and result in burnout. With these types of programs most people simply get frustrated, feel the effort is not worth it and give up. And then of course, there are those times where instead of losing weight, like the client desires, their program is not catered specifically to their lifestyle, goals and needs and unfortunately, they gain weight. eFitness for Life designs personalized programs with your goals in mind, than breaks those goals down to attainable benchmarks. We teach you to change your lifestyle along the way, rather than offering up a quick fix that won't last.
Q.10 What will my eFitness for Life plan or program include?
This is entirely up to you. If you want to start with a nutrition plan only, we can do that. Maybe you just want a change in your current training program and want us to design something new for your workouts. No problem there either. Since your program is entirely personalized for you, what it includes will depend on your current fitness levels, goals, history, available equipment, schedule, etc. Whether you choose a plan or program, you will have access to our state of the art nutrition and training software which provides your calendar with menus and/or workouts easily accessible. Additionally, with our software, you will be able to view all of the exercise descriptions and videos at any time. Every exercise listed in your workouts will include details such as duration, frequency, technique instructions, speed, distance, incline, resistance level, number of reps, number of sets, etc., while your menus will provide everything you need to follow your nutrition to the letter.
Q.11 Will I have to do the same exercises or eat the same foods every week?
Not at all! One of the main reasons for having a nutrition coach or personal trainer is the need for adjustment or change. The body is a truly amazing machine with the ability to adapt that necessitates constant monitoring and alterations to your fitness and nutrition program. Your training program will adapt based on a number of things, such as your progression and goals. This may mean a change in programs one week to the next that provides different exercise types, duration, and/or frequency, so you don't have to worry at all about getting bored. This will also ensure the best results because your body won't be allowed to adapt to the exercises or workouts. When your body adapts, it becomes more efficient, thus doesn't need to work as hard at a particular exercise or weight. In addition, your nutritional requirements will change throughout your program as well. As your body starts to adjust, it requires adjustments not only in your caloric intake but also in your macro-nutrient ratios. This is where we come in. We make this easy for you and we build your plans and programs around the foods you like and dislike. In order to ensure that your body continue to progress, it is our responsibility to adjust your program as needed.
Q.12 What if I have questions after I receive my program or want to change my program in any way?
You can contact us at any throughout your program, for any reason. If you need adjustments made to your program or you simply have questions, all you have to do is send an e-mail to your assigned coach/trainer and they will get back to you quickly. You will always receive a personalized response to your requests or questions within 12 hours. eFitness for Life is committed to helping you! We will be there every step of the way!
Q.13 How are you able to offer such affordable prices for such detailed, individualized plans and programs?
First and foremost, we love what we do! Not only are our staff knowledgeable of exercise and nutrition, but they enjoy helping people. They truly enjoy teaching people about the healthy lifestyle and all that it brings. In addition, through extensive experience, research and testing we have been able to create a process that has streamlined our ability to work with clients to create nutrition and training programs for their needs without sacrificing quality and personalization. Boot Camp Workouts
Q.1 I don’t understand how this works if it's on my iPod or iPhone.
The exercises are very basic and you will recognize most of them. If you don’t the instruction is very clear on how to do each exercise. Also, the video is there for you as a reference check to be sure you understand the exercise movement. Most people get an arm band sleeve and put their device on their arm during the workouts. Others have simply played the video from their computer.
Q.2 I’m out of shape, and haven’t worked out.
You can do this. You may struggle in the beginning but the key is to keep progressing each day. I promise you that if you stay the course you will progress each time. The first week is the most difficult and after that you will begin noticing progress. Be sure to consult with your physician before beginning any physical program.
Q.3 What kind of exercises do we do?
All exercises are simple and basic and anyone can do them. They are mostly exercises we all learned growing up and forgot about. They include but are not limited to push-ups, dips, jumping jacks, hops, squats, lunges, crunches, and many more.
Q.4 What if I do not have video on my portable listening device?
If you do not have video, we offer the same product in audio only. The workout routine is exactly the sa me as the video. In addition, once you purchase the workout, you will have online video access for exercise demonstrations.
Q.5 How will I be able to see the video on my iPod while working out?
If you wear an armband sleeve, we suggest you turn the band upside down so you can look at your monitor and it will appear right side up. If you do not wear an armband, you will have time during the instruction of each phase to hold your device in your hand and view the exercise demonstration. It really is easier than you may think.
Q.6 What is the difference between iBoot and traditional fitness DVD's?
iBoot offers you portability and accessibility. You can do this workout anytime, anywhere. Whether you're a busy traveling professional or a stay-at-home mom, this workout can be done on your terms and your location.
Q.7 I am currently taking a boot camp class. Why would I use iBoot?
iBoot is a complement to any bootcamp class. We know there are days where “life happens” and you may not be able to make your bootcamp class. Typically, you can't make up any missed classes and this is where iBoot comes into play. The great thing about using iBoot is you can do it when you want to do it and are not restricted or limited to a specific time.
Q.8 I have never worked out before. Will I be able to do the iBoot workout?
Yes you can! We're not going to lie and say it is easy, because it is not; it is challenging. But we invite you to accept the challenge. This is a progression period for you. If on the first day of doing the workout you only last 5 minutes, that's ok. On the second day, focus on lasting 6 minutes, and the third day 7 minutes, and fourth day 10 minutes all the way until you are making it all the way through to the end, maximizing your repetitions for each exercise movement. Remember, You Get What You Give and hard work breeds great results!
Q.9 I am at an advanced fitness level. Will iBoot be too easy for me?
No. This workout is challenging. It is designed to keep you continuously moving, expanding your endurance capacity, thus challenging your strength all the way through. Mix in your core, balance, and plyometric moves, and you have one intense workout that will indeed burn off the calories and fat.
Q.10 If I am already working with a personal trainer, why would I use iBoot?
iBoot can be an ideal complement to working with a personal trainer. Whether due to schedule or budget, sometimes you just can't get to your trainer enough times during the week. This is where iBoot can be a huge benefit to your workout program.
Q.11 Am I guaranteed to get results by doing the iBoot workout? ?
You are guaranteed to get exactly what you give. We recommend workouts 3 to 5 times per week (30 to 60 minutes per workout) coupled with a solid meal plan. Like anything in life, you get what you give and you have to be committed to getting results
Q.12 I don't have an iPod. Can I still use iBoot?
Yes you can! Once you purchase the workout, you will be able to view it at ibootonthego.com. As long as you have a computer and space, you can do this workout while watching on your computer monitor.
Q.13 What kind of results can I expect in 28 days, seriously?
Haha! Seriously you get what you give and that’s no joke. This is mainly dependent on your efforts because your results will be a direct reflection. If you commit and stay the course for 28 days this will kick-start you into a great workout rhythm and routine. You can expect to lose up to 15 pounds, shape and tone your arms, butt, and legs, lose inches around your hips and waistline. If you don’t believe me just read what others are saying above in the “what ibooters are saying section?” Ok so here’s the catch, you actually have to do it. I never said it would be easy and I’m not offering you a magic pill. This is good ole fashion day to day exercise that works – P-E-R-I-O-D
Q.14 Should I use iBoot in conjunction with my eFitness for Life coaching program?
Absolutely! In fact, your coach should STRONGLY suggest that you take advantage of the iBoot programs to ensure an excellent cross-training program. It will provide an exceptional alternative to some of your standard cardio training sessions as well.

Life Coaching
Q.1 What is Life Coaching?
Coaching is a process where the coach facilitates people in their own commitment and enthusiasm to accomplish a goal or objective. A coach can help make getting to a person’s goals go faster, with greater clarity and with greater confidence. Coaching is a team activity, with the coach providing an environment of safety and inquiry, prompting a person to think through their issues and directions. The coach also provides accountability for action to those goals, without judgment or punishment. In a nutshell, getting coached is fun, because it’s all about you.
Q.2 Do I need coaching? What will it do for me?
Most people find the coaching process to be extremely beneficial in sorting out direction and goals. Part of the joy of the process is focusing on YOUR goals. If you are a person that is facing a change or desire to make changes in your life, you would find the process great at moving in a more focused, productive manner.
Q.3 How is coaching different from counseling or therapy?
This is a fairly complicated question because you have to have an understanding of what therapy is. Some people describe coaching as “looking forward”, identifying goals and a future state and describe therapy as “looking backward”, delving into past issues and working to coming to terms with those issues. To add more depth to this, the majority of those seeking therapy are at a low point in their lives, facing distress and emotional pain. Functioning for these people can be somehow impaired or severely impaired. The issues for therapy can be complex and entrenched. A person getting coached may have worries but are fairly well functioning.
Q.4 How long does coaching take?
A great deal depends on the coach, the individual seeking coaching and the goals to be achieved. A coaching session generally lasts about 45 minutes. Sessions usually last in duration of at least 3 months and longer. It’s important that enough time is spent to ensure the development of action plans and enough results to ensure the person’s goals are realized. Some people find coaching to be so satisfying that they continue to receive coaching indefinitely.
Q.5 What is a life coach and an executive coach?
Most coaches focus and specialize on given segments of the population. An executive coach works in a business setting with managers and executives and focus on business goals. A life coach also specializes but they focus on specific topics. Examples: Weight management, relationships, parents with special need children, retirement, career change, the list can be as extensive as there are people with needs.
Q.6 What if I start coaching but I don’t really work well with my coach?
All coaches have a goal to ensure your success. If this means that you can’t achieve your goal with a coach you are starting with, it is best to discuss your issues with them. It’s ok to stop your coaching and hire a different coach. To help prevent this from happening, usually, a coach will have an initial consultation with you and during that time, you need to assess the “fit” of this person to you. Ask all the questions you need to help to discover if you think you can work together well.

Wholistic Kinesiology
Q.1 What is Wholistic Kinesiology™?
Wholistic Kinesiology™ is a kinesiology method that links eastern ideas of energy flow (as in acupuncture or acupressure) with western style muscle testing. Kinesiology can help locate imbalances in the body even before a physical symptom appears. The muscle testing technique will determine if something in your electromagnetic field is beneficial or harmful.
‘Remote muscle testing' uses these same principles, except that your kinesiologist will use his or her own hand to do the muscle test instead of yours. The results and responses are the same as if you were there in person.Q.2 What is a Wholistic Kinesiology™ session like?
Prior to your session, you will fill out an information form and then be scheduled for a 45-minute phone consultation. During this session, your Wholistic Kinesiologist™ will help you fine tune your nutritional and/or supplement program as well as address any concerns or questions you may have.
Q.3 Can Wholistic Kinesiology™ help me determine which vitamins I should take or let me know if I'm taking the wrong ones?
Yes! Through Wholistic Kinesiology's™ muscle testing, you'll learn what additional vitamins or minerals you need (if any), how much you should take, and even what time of day would be most beneficial to take them! Your session will also reveal if any supplements you're now taking are ineffective or even harmful.
Q.4 I am exercising, but can't seem to lose weight and am not getting results! Can Wholistic Kinesiology™ help?
Some people are unable to lose weight, even with regular exercise and proper diet. There are several possible causes such as hormones, hidden pathogens, or chemical/toxin issues. If a health issue is not the reason you're not losing weight, then a change in your current workout program may be necessary. Through Wholisitic Kinesiology™, you'll learn if your inability to lose weight results from health problems, an improper workout program, or both.
Q.5 I'm tired all the time, even though I sleep really well. Can Wholistic Kinesiology™ help me regain my energy?
Yes! Feeling tired may be the result of a hormone imbalance, stress, airborne toxins, allergies, improper nutrition, or stressed out adrenals. Though Wholisitic Kinesiology™, you'll not only learn the cause of your fatigue, but how to correct it.
Q.6 My digestion just isn't right. I'm irregular and feel bloated all the time. Can Wholistic Kinesiology™ get me feeling normal again?
Many things can contribute to poor digestion, from diet to food allergies… even fungus present in the body. Wholistic Kinesiology™ can test your body for these concerns and address the source of your digestion problems. Your Wholistic Kinesiologist may also check to see if you are taking any prescriptions, or what supplements you may using, as that can play a part in this as well.
Q.7 My hormones are all over the place. I get hot flashes and cramps and mood swings. Can Wholistic Kinesiology™ help me?
Hormone problems can be very challenging, but Wholistic Kinesiology™ can detect the source of your hormone imbalance, then address the problem with the remedy your own body chooses (determined through muscle testing). Rebalancing your hormones will alleviate your hot flashes, cramps and mood swings.
Q.8 Can working with a Wholistic Kinesiologist enhance the benefits of my eFitness for Life program?
In most cases, yes. Depending on the individual's needs and goals, there may be additional benefits gained by including a session with our Wholisitic Kinesiologist.
