If you feel sluggish, you may not be getting enough iron in your diet. The RDA is 8 mg for men and for women over 50. Younger women need 18 mg per day. You can get this through snacks like yogurt with almonds and berries, a whole grain wrap with chicken, cheese, and spinach, or cottage cheese topped with sunflower seeds.
