		<description>The problems associated with the heavy metal contamination of fish can largely be avoided by supplementing with pro biotic bacteria, in capsule form (rather than yoghurt drinks). Pro biotic bacteria will process the heavy metals out of contaminated fish and flush them out of the body. They also produce B vitamins in the gut as well as having anti cancer properties.

Pro-biotics should be in everyones diet. We used to get them naturally before we started refrigerating everything about 60 years ago.</description>
