It is flexible enough to accommodate any changes necessary based on your daily routine. Your calendar will include your cardiovascular and
exercise routines, measurement, daily food journals, as well as, your assessment and progress information, including photographs if you choose. It will help you stay organized and motivated.

As you see, colorful icons represent each of the different entry types for easy use. Each icon is click able and will redirect you to that log entry, allowing for closer viewing or editing. You can easily move throughout the calendar with our simple navigational features. It very easily allows you to jump back and forth through the days, weeks, or even months.
With each subsequent training session and calorie logged day, you can easily track and see how you are doing as well as where you should increase your effort. Balance your calorie intake with your calories burned and make sense of how you are progressing towards your target weight!
