The personal attention your Run Coach provides will create a healthy running lifestyle and lay the foundation towards reaching the goals you have set for yourself. Once we have a detailed current assessment and set of goals, we will devise a personalized training plan, provide general nutritional recommendations to support your running, and advise, encourage, support your efforts and training on a daily basis.

Run Coach, Jennifer Harrison
Born and raised in Florida, Jennifer has been running her entire life! With countless races under her belt spanning the past 20+ years, Jennifer brings first-hand knowledge to each and every client. Having competed in everything from 5k, 10k, 15k, half marathon, marathon and even a sprint triathlon, Jennifer can and has prepared for and worked with races of nearly any type or length!
As a member of numerous Running Clubs throughout Florida, as well as, coordinating a number of events, Jennifer also brings detailed knowledge of race-day preparation and tips to minimize client nervousness and suprise.
